1 General Provisions

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).

• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New hh44 members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 adds the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in wagers before it becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• No more than one bonus can be active at a time.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.
• hh44 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Game Validity

If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, software bug, or any other abnormal circumstance, hh44 reserves the right to void or replay that round. In such cases, the wagers placed will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension

hh44 may temporarily suspend any account for any reason — particularly on suspicion of a breach of these terms — without prior notice. All transactions and gaming activity will be halted during the suspension period.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance will be arranged for withdrawal before the account is closed, though any active bonus balance will be cancelled.

8.3 Permanent Closure

In the event of a serious breach of terms, evidence of fraud, or a legal obligation, hh44 may permanently close the account. In such cases, any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

hh44 always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, the platform's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• If a transaction is delayed or fails due to a third-party payment provider.
• If any loss occurs due to a problem with the user's own device.
